Turkish Law Institute (Promoter)  is in charge of the EU Intellectual Property Rights study.

was established in 1977 in Ankara. It has 10 agencies in 10 cities of Turkey and there are plans afoot to add 3 more. It is one of the respectable vocational training institution in Turkey.
Prof. Vahit DOGAN was elected as the president in the elections that took place on 23.04.2005 in Golbasi, Ankara. He is currently working at this position.
The Turkish Law Institute has more than 3500 members, 400 of them in Ankara which are mostly well trained and qualified in law related areas (jurists, academicians etc.). The Institute is giving weekly seminars, conferences to its Youth Commission about current events, especially in EU and Human Rights. Turkish Law Institute is in a cooperation with several organisations accross Turkey in an advisory position. The Institute is publishing monthly newsletters "Turk Hukuk Dergisi" and "Turk Hukuk Dunyasi" along with some books like "Memurlar ve Dig¬er Kamu Gorevlileri Yargilama Hukuku − 2003" Ths Institute has alos a web adress which is www.the.org.tr .
The Turkish Law Institute has taken "life long learning" as a goal for itself and with the great assets it has (the expert jurist and academician members), it has the ability to reach its goal.
The estimated role for Turkish Law Institute is to study on intellectual property rights. And to disseminate the results and effects of the studies made during the project.
